You may qualify for WA Apple Health through the Exchange.

All plans include these features:

• No pre-existing condition clause.
• No upper dollar limits of coverage, ever.
• 100% coverage begins once you have met your annual out-of-pocket maximum (Per Calendar Year)
• Out-of-pocket maximum includes: deductible, co-insurance, co-pays (except on HSA plans which have no co-pay)

Plus the “10 Essential Benefits”:

1. Ambulatory Patient Services

2. Emergency Services

3. Hospitalization (inpatient organ and tissue transplants have unlimited coverage for the recipient)

4. Maternity & Newborn Care – prenatal, delivery, postnatal

5. Mental Health & Substance Use Disorder Services, including Behavioral Health Treatment

6. Prescription Drugs

7. Rehabilitative & Habilitative Services and Devices

8. Laboratory Services

9. Preventive/Wellness Services & Chronic Disease Management – covered in full

10. Pediatric Services, including Vision Care (under 19 years of age)

There are other carriers available if you qualify for WA Apple Health through the Exchange.

You may qualify for a tax credit or WA Apple Health (state sponsored) to alleviate your monthly premium cost.
